This coffee roaster in San Cristobal de Las Casas needed help unlocking their potential. A retrofit needed to happen, but they didn't know how to go about it. Monark helped retrofit their chattel. This unused space has now created a more dynamic and profitable business. We then went on to introduce a new menu and provide staff trainings.
